Fascinating Demo with Christine Diffley

Repurposed glass artist Christine Diffley specializes in using found objects as “stained glass” and garden decor. For the demo on September 4th, she worked on her creation of “The Flying Horses” which was like painting with strung beads using an antique butler’s tray as her canvas. She demonstrated her use of unique tools and processes for gluing the beads to the work. She explained the tools and methods she uses not only to create with beads, but also how she creates her faux stained glass windows and glass sculptures.
