Artist of the Month – June

Artist of the Month: Henry Adams, BS Rutgers University
Presented by the Newington Art League

This month, we’re proud to highlight Henry Adams, a talented visual artist. He also serves as Vice President and is an active member of the board of the Wethersfield Art League.

Henry Adams is a retired engineer from the Department of Health after 32.5 years of service. He’s loved drawing and painting since his youth. Henry has taken numerous art classes and workshops and studied with local artists. He enjoys painting landscapes especially from places he traveled to, based on the photographs taken during the trip. Henry paints in oils, acrylics’, water colors and water mixable oils. His other interests include organic gardening, finance, travel, hiking, environmental causes and baseball. He has written a memoir he hopes to publish soon. Henry currently serves on the Wethersfield Art League board.
